We recently completed this Post Extraction (27,000 square feet) and Greenhouse facility (28,000 square feet) on a 2+ acre site in Desert Hot Springs, CA.

Both buildings are built from prefabricated steel, and the greenhouse features polycarbonate insulated metal panels for climate control and energy efficiency.

The project included site work, parking lot, erection of the prefab structures, and all interior finishes and greenhouse equipment.

Type – Ground Up Prefabricated Steel

Description – This is a 2.11 acre site.  The project is ground up construction composed of two prefabricated steel buildings.  The first is a 27,066 SF Headhouse Post Extraction and Cannabis Distribution facility.  The second is a 28,860 SF Greenhouse hybrid grow facility composed of polycarbonate insulated metal panels.
