While his hands-on construction experience allows him to work with suppliers, subcontractors, and tradespeople to meet the project’s budget and timeline, when it comes to value engineering and design-build projects, his previous experience in real estate is simply invaluable. To date, his superior organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills are responsible for a variety of local and national projects.
